illumineX Privacy Policy

The illumineX Privacy Policy was updated on October 11, 2017

• illumineX does not store customer credit card information.
• We retain email, US Postal mailing address, and telephone contact information for customers who previously purchased old versions of our products through our iX Connect system, or who contact us with feature requests, questions, or support.
• illumineX does not share any customer information with third parties for any reason.
• Occasionally (a few times a year) we send an email to our customers to let them know about new products or product updates.

Our Privacy Policy is Under Review

illumineX is in the process of migrating our apps to the App Store. We plan to revise our privacy policy to provide a more comprehensive description of our thoughts on privacy. In general, we like the Apple Privacy Policy and plan to model our new policy on theirs. Our products tend to be simpler, so in general we collect no customer information at all, apart from contact information which you provide voluntarily.

• NOTE: We don't spell it out here because bots are too efficient at finding email addressses on web pages and spamming them into uselessness. If you open the About panel or the Help pages of our software, you'll be able to easily find the email address spelled out, and in a clickable mail-to link, too.
