iX Cards can be seamlessly integrated into your web site to build traffic, brand recognition, and customer referrals. But you don't have to take our word for it -- you can see it in action. We'll visit two sites using iX Cards Professional, and point out just a few of the options available to web sites using iX Cards.

flexible In the future, if Emeril's designers elect to use multiple fonts in their system, they won't need to change a line of code, just open up the admin tool, and add a few fonts to the group. This is just one example of the flexible architecture that iX Cards is built upon.

The first site is Emerils.com, the home site of the famous cajun chef, Emeril Lagasse. Emeril's web site has a very distinct, coherent, and intentional look and feel throughout the site. Emeril's site makes extensive use of Flash5 for animation and even for the site navigation menu system, as their research indicated that nearly all of their visitors were using Flash-capable browsers.

iX Cards was integrated into Emeril's site without custom code. That means that all of the features used at Emeril's site are available to any iX Cards customer. Emeril's site also uses a very clean and simple design, with a small number of tasteful fonts, for example. As a result, their designers elected to use a single font for all mCards, to maintain a consistent look and feel across the entire site. Note that when used this way, the person sending the card isn't exposed to a useless "font choice" box with only one font in it -- the box quietly removes itself from the displayed window when there is only one choice. No special coding required, it just works the way it should.

In order to demonstrate the flexibility of iX Cards, we've set up our own iX Cards site to show off some of the other features that are not in use at Emerils.com. Note that both sites are running exactly the same product and version of iX Cards Professional. No custom code required -- just site designers like you making choices in the administration tools.

Our site will probably seem a little silly, because we're showing off features, rather than setting up the a card site optimized for a given site purpose. It features nested categories several layers deep, multiple font groups with some pretty silly fonts, and rounded card corners -- just to show off some of the preferences settings that you can control when using iX Cards at your site. Even between these two sites, we still haven't shown you all the features -- our site would be just too silly if we did.

The flexible architecture of iX Cards allows us to add features as requested by new customers, and those become available in the core product. If you need a feature you don't see here, just ask us. It's probably supported already, and if not, we can probably add it.
