Our network partners provide us with a managed network environment including redundant network service through multiple Telco vendors to provide maximum uptime. They also provide network monitoring and 24 x 7 x 365 network support as well as surplus network capacity so that service is not degraded during a Telco outage when traffic shifts to redundant connections.

Application Monitoring

In addition, we employ automated monitoring systems which allow us to monitor the entire software stack for your WebObjects application, verifying the ability of the application to move data into the database and back to a web browser. Our relationships with multiple network providers allows us to monitor our systems from the "outside", which allows us to double check the network access to the internet.

Our own e-commerce application and web site is hosted at the same facilities and monitored with the same automated tools as your application, site, and server. Our site serves downloads of software to our software customers around the globe and around the clock.
